The Kodiaks moved one step closer to their goal on Tuesday night in Ladner going up three games to none in the league final.
The Kodiaks got on the board first scoring just under five minutes in, but Delta tied it at 11:46 of the frame to leave the teams tied after one.
In similar fashion to game two, the Bears opened up the throttle in the second period and exploded for three goals within a six minute span to take a 4-1 lead into the third.
Delta pushed back hard in the third drawing within two on the powerplay, but Dawson Rodin held fast the rest of the way and Quinncy Leroux capped the scoring on the powerplay to make the final 5-2.
The teams had 31 shots apiece.
Eric Callegari took first star with two goals and an assist. Chase Manderville took second star with a goal and an assist, while Dawson Rodin took third star stopping 29 of 31 shots.
Cameron Davitt chipped in two assists and Qunncy Leroux had a goal and an assist.
Game four goes Friday at 7:30 in Ladner.
