The Kodiaks made it nine in a row on Tuesday night with a 5-3 road win over the Ice Hawks.
The Kodiaks opened the scoring with a powerplay marker just over three minutes into the contest before the Hawks tied it up on the powerplay ten-and-a-half minutes later. The the Kodiaks would add another powerplay goal to lake a 2-1 lead with less than a minute to go in the first.
Delta would push back hard in the second period scoring back-to-back goals to take the lead, but Aldergrove scored another late goal to tied it up heading into the third period.
The Kodiaks took the lead just over two minutes into the final frame and sewed up the 5-3 win with 46 seconds left in the game.
Aldergrove outshot the Hawks 28-27 in a close, entertaining contest.
Rookie Clayton Schroeder took first star with a goal and Eric Callegari took second star with two assists.
Eric leads the league with 63 points and Cameron Davitt trails him by just four points in second place.
