The Kodiaks snapped their two-game losing streak Wednesday night at home with a 3-2 win over the Pilots.
Aldergrove got on the board with under two minutes gone in the first frame but Abbotsford got the early momentum back scoring on the powerplay and outshooting the Bears 12-9.
The teams combined for 17 shots in the second stanza with Abby taking the lead on another powerplay goal while keeping the Bears off the scoreboard.
Aldergrove picked it up in the final period outshooting the Pilots 15-10. The home squad scored on a penalty shot to tie the game before scoring the eventual winner with less than two minutes left.
Davin Padgham took first star with a goal and an assist. Joshua Pollock scored once for the Bears and was named second star.
